- Generic rental application
- Credit release form or copy of a recent credit report
- References from your current and prior landlords
- Copies of your last two paystubs, or a copy of your letter of employment contract from your new job
- If you are a graduate student, proof of enrollment or acceptance from the school
- If international citizen, copy of visa, proof of funds, and co signer forms
